Return & Refund Policy
As an online flower delivery service, we want to be transparent about our policies regarding orders and deliveries.
No-Refund Policy Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once the order is processed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Fresh flowers and arrangements
- Plants
- Custom/personalized orders
- Delivery fees
- Gift cards
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order
- Orders already in processing or delivery cannot be cancelled
- For special events/bulk orders (weddings, corporate), cancellations must be made 72 hours before scheduled delivery. Late cancellations incur a 50% charge
Delivery Issues If you experience any of the following, contact us at flyflowers.nyc@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery with photos:
- Flowers significantly different from website description
- Damaged flowers upon delivery
- Wrong delivery address (due to our error)
- Incorrect items delivered
Each case will be reviewed individually. If verified, we may offer:
- Store credit for future purchase
- Replacement arrangement (for local deliveries only)
- Partial store credit
Non-Delivery If we're unable to deliver due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- No one available to receive flowers
- Restricted access/unsafe delivery location No refund will be issued, and redelivery will incur additional fees.
Website Errors We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical glitches, or out-of-stock items. In such cases, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
Payment Issues For failed or disputed payments, any related bank or processing fees will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
